    Product Introduction
    ETCR5500 Phase-Changing Switch Three Phase Unbalance Device, also known as intelligent load scheduling system and transformer region three-phase load imbalance control device, is a real-time and intelligent automatic load control system that performs on-load phase-changing of single-phase loads, which perfectly and effectively solves the problem of three-phase imbalance in low-voltage distribution networks.
    ETCR5500 Phase-Changing Switch Three Phase Unbalance Device consists of a master controller and a phase-changing switch...The main controller collects real-time load data in the transformer region; analyzes the load voltage and current of each phase-changing switch; forms and sends instructions to the phase-changing switch.The phase-changing switch accepts the instructions of the master and executes the instructions. LORA wireless communication or RS485 communication is used between the master controller and the phase-changing switch. To govern a transformer region, a master controller and several phase-changing switches need to be configured according to the transformer capacity of the transformer region and the severity of the imbalance.The phase-changing switch receives the instructions issued by the main controller to switch the single-phase load between the three phases. The switching process does not interrupt the power supply and will not affect the user's electricity consumption.So as to effectively solve the problem of unbalanced three-phase load in the distribution network.
    1. Unique 0 millisecond seamless phase-changing  technology, with on-load phase-changing without interruption of power supply, no voltage drop, no surge current, and no effect on sensitive loads; interphase interlocking, no interphase circuit breaker risk.The phase-changing time is 0 milliseconds, and the phase-changing time is accurate and controllable.The phase-changing process is completed by the power electronic device, and no arc is generated; after the phase-changing is over, the permanent magnet switch remains steady-state without loss.
    2. There is no surge current in the phase-changing process, and the phase-changing is stable and reliable.Since the phase-changing time is 0 milliseconds, the phase transition of the phase-changing process is only 120° at the time when the two-phase voltages are equal, which is a natural phase-changing, so there is no voltage mutation and no surge current.
    3. Accurately locate the phase-changing switch to ensure that the branches of the distribution network are balanced step by step.The unique step-by-step voltage drop comprehensive algorithm accurately determines the most unbalanced position of the line, and prioritizes the phase-changing switch closest to the extreme value of the line imbalance, thereby ensuring the optimal balance of each part of the line and ensuring the balance of the whole network segment by segment.More effectively reduce the neutral current and increase the terminal supply voltage.
    4. It has no adverse effects on all kinds of electrical equipment.The seamless phase-changing technology of equal voltage of 0 milliseconds will not cause power supply interruption and voltage drop, and will not affect the user's electricity consumption at all; it can be stably and reliably phase-changing for inductive, capacitive, and resistive loads.

The main controller and the commutator switch use Lora wireless communication, and can also exchange data with other devices and the background through RS485, GPRS and other communication interfaces.The management of the transformer region is layered to facilitate large-scale deployment.transformer region management is managed according to the top-down system of attribution, transformer region code, and equipment number, which is clearly and quickly positioned during large-scale deployment.
    6. Energy saving and loss reduction.Through the optimization of software and hardware technology, it has excellent continuous regulation capabilities, which can not only reduce transformer losses, but also minimize line losses.By phase-changing the load regulation during the whole period of time, the neutral current is always controlled to a minimum, and the loss reduction and efficiency enhancement effect is significant after it is put into operation.
    7. Long phase-changing life: The phase-changing switch guarantees that the number of phase-changing is not less than 200,000 times. When the number of phase-changing exceeds 200,000 times, the phase-changing switch will no longer be phase-changed, and the product will be sent back to the company for replacement parts and can be put into use again.
    8. The phase-changing switch has an automatic bypass function. When the fuse is blown and the working phase loses power, the commutator switch will automatically bypass the working phase to the active phase, and the bypass time is <1 second.It will not affect users' electricity consumption and reduce user complaints.
    9. The commutator has a load recognition function. The main controller recognizes the load connected to the back end. When the load power factor is too low or the load current direction is negative or the load current distortion rate exceeds the threshold value, the normal operation of the commutator protection device is prohibited.
    10. Phase sequence check function, the phase sequence check function of the commutator is equipped. When the phase sequence of the main controller and the commutator does not match, the phase-changing is prohibited to ensure the governance effect.
    11. Data acquisition function, the main controller has the ability to collect line three-phase voltage, current, three-phase current imbalance, three-phase active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and other data.The commutator has the ability to collect data such as the three-phase phase voltage, load voltage, load current, load active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, and current distortion rate of the line.
