ETCR3850 Transient Voltage Suppressor Tester, also known as TVS tester, which is specially designed for TVS diode performance index test and is an industrial grade test instrument. Transient voltage suppressor has the advantages of faster response speed compared to the traditional Zener diode, thus the tester is widely used in circuit design. In order to ensure the performance of the product, it is particularly important to test the performance of each diode when leaving the factory. In the performance index of transient voltage suppressor, the most important index is "reverse breakdown voltage". This product is designed for this index detection. Compared to traditional measuring instrument, ETCR3850 Transient Voltage Suppressor Tester has added an LCD display function, which facilitates user operation and displays test result. The display section of LCD is mainly consisted of several parts: voltage threshold input, qualification judgment, test result display, real-time voltage and current display, usage of measurement record, battery level display, test record display and test record operation. In contrast to other measuring instruments, the hardware design of the power button and other function keys is also different. This tester uses a rotary switch instead of traditional buttons for longer lifespan and more convenient use. In terms of power supply, this tester adopts rechargeable lithium battery for portability. Fully charged is required when working in places without electricity. Compared to traditional dry cell power supply, it is more durable to use and environmentally friendly. Another highlight of ETCR3850 is the function of recording test results, each gear can store 1000 test records, users can view and operate the test results. At the same time, user can use the upper computer software equipped by our company to view and operate test records, providing users with the function of exporting test records. Users can export test records to EXCEL format for viewing, comparing and analyzing test data.
